30 Degree Silicone Elbow Hose for Coolant Systems
Our 30 degree silicone elbow hoses are engineered for high-temperature coolant and air-transfer systems. Their reinforced construction provides reliable performance under vibration, pressure, and repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Construction Options
Standard sizes from 16 mm to 152 mm feature a 3-ply polyester reinforcement with a 4.5 mm wall thickness. If you customize larger sizes, hoses are manufactured with a 4-ply polyester reinforcement and a 6 mm wall thickness.
All standard elbows have a 102 mm, 127mm, and 152mm leg length, also we can customize longer leg length, colors, and reinforcements.

Material Options
Polyester-reinforced silicone rubber is suitable for coolant and air applications. Fluorosilicone-lined constructions are available for systems exposed to fuel or oil mist, while Nomex-reinforced hoses are recommended for extreme-temperature applications.
Custom sizes, colors, wall thicknesses, reinforcement layers and branding options are available for OEM and performance projects.
