Raw Material Inspection
Every time raw materials – such as silicone, compounded rubber, and rubbers like EPDM, NBR, CR, and FKM – are received into our warehouse, we test them for batch number, meni viscosity, and volatility. We then take samples to test properties such as hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, specific gravity, and rheological properties. In addition, we conduct tensile strength and high-temperature resistance tests on reinforcement materials, such as polyester, aramid, and glass fiber fabrics, as well as steel wire.

Inspect raw material batch number, production date, viscosity, and volatility.

Test polyester, aramid, and fiberglass tensile strength and temperature resistance.

Vulcanizing agents, catalysts, color masterbatches, or color powders inspection.
In-process Quality Control
During the production process, we maintain the wall thickness uniformity of extruded tubes and wrapped silicone hose parisons, keeping the tolerances for inner and outer diameters within 0.5 mm. We also ensure strict control of concentricity through continuous measurement and inspection. Additionally, we ensure that the adhesion between each layer is free of bubbles and carefully control the temperature and duration of the vulcanization process. We have QC inspectors conducting routine inspections at every step to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Control wall thickness, ID, and OD within a tolerance of 0.5 mm.

Control the vulcanization temperature and time properly.
Finished Hose Inspection & Testing
Our silicone and rubber hoses undergo a series of physical property tests before packaging, including dimensional checks, visual inspections, burst pressure testing, hardness testing, tensile testing, temperature resistance testing, chemical resistance testing, and odor testing. Once all tests are passed, we generate an internal report in accordance with our procedures or, upon your request, select samples from this production batch and send them to an appointed third-party international laboratory for testing to obtain certificates and reports.

Inspect hose surface if have dirt, surface finish, bubbles, cracks, impurities, dents, etc.

Measure hose ID, wall thickness, and length whether in acceptable tolerance range.

Use pressure gauge to test hose’s working pressure and minimum burst pressure.

Use shore hardness tester to test silicone and rubber hose hardness.

Test the hose’s ultimate vacuum level (-0.1 MPa) and pressure retention capability.

Test the elasticity and tensile strength of the hoses and record the results.

Fluorosilicone & rubber hoses must undergo fuel, oil, chemical resistance tests.

Silicone hoses must undergo high- and low-temperature testing.
