Silicone Rubber Features
- Temperature Range: withstand from -65°C to 260°C, varies from specific grade and composition.
- Weather-resistant & anti-ageing: withstands a wide range of climatic conditions and is highly resistant to ozone, UV rays, and oxygen; even after prolonged use, it is unlikely to harden, crack, or become brittle.
- Chemical-resistant: it is colourless and odourless, and does not react with water-based antifreeze or certain chemical liquids.
- Flexibility & Pressure-resistant: highly flexible, not easily expanded or deformed when high-pressure gas or liquid passes through it, keep its shape and structure.

Silicone Radiator Hoses
Silicone rubber is widely used in the manufacture of various types of engine radiator hoses. When combined with high-performance aramid reinforcement, it offers the advantages of high temperature resistance, excellent resistance to pressure and burst pressure, resistance to ageing, and a long service life.
Air Intake Hoses
Silicone rubber is manufactured for engine air intake hoses; its suppleness, high flexibility and sealing properties help to improve the performance of the air intake system, thereby delivering greater power.
