- 2008This was the year Spark was founded; RONTEIX was established in a small office in Shenzhen.
- 2009This was a special and pivotal period; we moved from Shenzhen to the Wuhan Optics Valley Development Zone, and our client base gradually grew.
- 2012We moved from the Optics Valley Development Zone to Huangxiaohe Road in Hankou. We have also launched a ‘Made in China’ platform.

Full Quality Control System
RONTEIX’s quality control begins with the source material – silicone rubber raw material. We consistently insist on using certified materials. We follow the detailed procedures and steps outlined below:
Raw Material Inspection Items
- Physical and Mechanical Properties: Hardness, tensile properties, tear strength, compression set, and rebound rate.
- Rheological and Vulcanization Characteristics: Mooney viscosity, vulcanization curve.
- Aging Performance: Heat and low-temperature resistance, oil and medium resistance, aging resistance.
- Environmental Compliance: RoHS certification (e.g., whether lead, mercury, cadmium, and chromium levels exceed limits)
Semi-finished Product Inspection Items
- Tube Diameter Measurement: Inspect the outer diameter, inner diameter, and wall thickness of the tube to ensure they fall within acceptable tolerance limits.
- Flatness: Inspect whether the tube surface is flat and smooth, with uniform thickness, while ensuring that air within the reinforcement layers has been expelled.
- Visual Inspection: Check the tube body for defects, unevenness, or scratches; verify that the color is uniform and free of color discrepancies, scorched yellowing, or whitening.
Finished Product Inspection Items
- Appearance: Inspect length, inner diameter, wall thickness, and roundness; check for burrs on the cut edges.
- Mechanical Properties: Conduct laboratory tests for hardness, tensile strength, elasticity, tear strength, aging resistance, high- and low-temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and burst strength; record data and issue a quality inspection report.
