Custom Polyester Reinforced Silicone Hose
RONTEIX designs and customizes silicone hoses, including reinforcement, shapes, wall thickness, sizes, colors and layers. Silicone hose is designed with polyester reinforcement to improve flexibility, tensile strength, burst pressure and heat resistance.
We offer 1-ply to 5-ply reinforced silicone hoses and can customize hoses according to your designs and requirements. Our polyester-reinforced silicone hoses are commonly used in automotive cooling, heating, and heat dissipation systems (water, coolant, air, and air with trace amounts of oil mist).

Fabric Reinforced Silicone Hose
RONTEIX silicone hose use 1-5 polyester fabric layers within the hose wall to enhance strength and burst pressure. Reinforced hoses offer superior pressure resistance and prevent collapse under negative pressure, ensuring better dimensional stability.

Layers of Silicone Hose Polyester Reinforcement
RONTEIX silicone hoses are available with varying layers of reinforcement, enhancing pressure and vacuum resistance while maintaining flexibility. Silicone hoses with different numbers of layers each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
1-ply Reinforcement: Flexible, lightweight, and low-cost, capable of withstanding repeated bending. It tends to expand under high pressure and large-bore hoses are prone to collapsing under negative pressure.
2-ply Reinforcement: Featuring flexibility, pressure resistance, high strength and great dimensional stability, it is commonly used for turbocharger intercooler hoses, engine cooling hoses, and automotive air intake hoses.
3-ply Reinforcement: Large-diameter pipelines with 3-ply polyester-reinforced hoses can prevent bursting and withstand external crushing forces. It is difficult to form into tight-radius bends and are prone to cracking under frequent flexing.
4-ply Reinforcement: It features high-pressure resistance and is not easy to deform, though it is not suitable for installation in tight spaces. This 4-ply polyester-reinforced silicone hose is used for high-performance modified vehicles, heavy-duty construction machinery, and large-diameter, high-pressure fluid transfer.
