Heat Transfer Printing
Heat transfer printing is the most common method for customizing logos on hand-built silicone hoses. It is typically done with white printing. Unlike silk-screen printing, this process involves first applying a transparent heat-transfer tape to the hose surface, then manually wrapping it with high-temperature-resistant transparent tape, placing the heat-transfer tape inside the wrapped tape, and finally vulcanizing the hose.
Silk Screen Printing
RONTEIX hand-wrapped silicone hoses and silicone vacuum hoses feature custom branding via silk-screen printing. The advantages of this method include thick ink coverage, excellent wear resistance, flexibility, high-temperature resistance, and oil resistance, making it widely used for custom brand printing.
Pading Printing
Pad printing is widely used for logo printing on EPDM radiator hoses and heater hoses. Its advantages include the ability to print evenly on various curved surfaces, producing clear patterns with strong adhesion and high efficiency. We use a two-component polyurethane-based pad printing ink specifically designed for rubber, combined with a surface treatment agent to enhance resistance to aging and improve adhesion.
Laser Marking
Laser marking for industrial rubber hoses offers the advantages of permanent, wear-resistant markings, no consumables, and environmental friendliness. Compared to other printing methods, laser marking is extremely fast and produces clear markings; it can mark patterns, text, part numbers, standard numbers, etc.
Molded-in Logo
Molded-in logo is the most common method for customizing logos on compression-molded rubber hoses. Compression-molded rubber hoses are produced using compression rubber molds manufactured on CNC machining centers. We can design customer’s custom logo within the mold cavity to create an embossed effect, highlighting your brand.
Custom Labels & Packaging
We can customize black-and-white and full-color label stickers according to your requirements, which can be applied to your silicone hoses, inner boxes, and export cartons. In addition, we can also customize inner color boxes and export cartons with special printing or shipping marks.
