If you’re requesting a quote, all you need to do is send us a simple hand-drawn sketch, a sample photo with dimensions marked, or a 3D drawing, and we can provide you with a fast quote within 15 minutes. If you need a prototype or mass production, for complex silicone hoses, you’ll need to provide us with a 3D drawing or send us a sample; for simple silicone hoses, just let us know the dimensions.
Important Information for Online Order
- RONTEIX standard silicone hoses are generally not recommended for continuous fuel or oil transfer. For applications involving oil mist, fuel vapor, or specific petroleum fluids, RONTEIX offers fluorosilicone-lined or FKM solutions.

Silicone Hose Clamps & Fittings
Lined Worm Gear Hose ClampOur lined worm gear hose clamps are ideal for silicone hoses because the smooth, non-perforated metal band prevents hose damage. Compared to standard worm gear hose clamps, we have designed a liner band that prevents the clamp adjuster and slot from squeezing or cutting into the silicone hose. In addition, we have polished the edge of the liner to ensure it has no sharp edges.
T-bolt ClampsRONTEIX T-bolt clamp features a special rolled-up design with smooth edges, which prevents the strap from scratching hoses. Additionally, we’ve increased band width to 19 mm, expanding the load-bearing surface area for better hose protection.

Constant Tension ClampsAdvantage of our constant tension clamps is that they feature a built-in spring mechanism or special design that automatically compensates for dimensional changes in silicone tubing caused by alternating hot and cold temperatures (thermal expansion and contraction) or vibration. Even in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations and high vibration, they will not loosen or excessively constrict the hose, maintaining a lasting airtight seal.

Manufacturing Process
At RONTEIX, from inspection of raw materials upon receipt to final finished product, we maintain strict control over every step of the production process and adhere 100% to standardized production and rigorous procedures. Below is our production process step by step.
Silicone rubber is uniformly kneaded and compounded with vulcanizing agents, color concentrates, or other additives.
Using mixer, calender the evenly blended silicone rubber and polyester into sheets of a specific thickness, ensuring the thickness is accurate.
Wrap silicone sheet around mold tool, ensuring that number of layers and thickness are precise. After molding, remove any air trapped between the layers.
After wrapping it with high-temperature transparent tape, place it in vulcanization box and set temperature to 180°C for 25 minutes to ensure thorough vulcanization and curing.
We typically connect a high-pressure water jet nozzle to the mold and then use high-pressure water to flush the inside of the pipe, causing the mold to come off.
Mark the hose according to its length, secure it with a nylon sleeve, and trim off the excess at both ends. Ensure that the cut is clean and the length is precise.
After preparing the film based on your logo, part number, and other artwork, we will use transfer printing or screen printing.
We must measure inner diameter, outer diameter, and wall thickness of each silicone hose and perform a visual inspection to ensure good quality.

This means the warranty period begins when you receive the goods, and if any quality issues arise with the silicone hose within one year, we will replace it free of charge. Redline is a professional snowmobile performance tuning company. We at RONTEIX have been partnering with Redline for over a decade, customizing and supplying them with aftermarket parts such as turbocharger hose kits, cold air intake hose kits, and radiator hose kits to assist them in delivering high-performance power solutions.
Following our standard process, Redline first designs and builds a prototype model (as shown in the image above) based on their engine flow lines. They then send it to us for mold fabrication. Once the mold is ready, we produce the first sample and ship it, along with the original prototype model, to Redline for installation and testing. After testing is complete, they notify us of any necessary improvements or place an order, and we begin mass production. Yes, RONTEIX silicone hoses are compatible with standard antifreeze and coolant.
No, standard silicone hoses are not resistant to fuel and oil, but silicone hoses with a fluorosilicone inner layer are. Therefore, please be sure to let us know if you need oil-resistant hoses before you order.
Silicone hoses do not directly increase an engine’s horsepower, but because they are heat- and pressure-resistant and flexible, they can enhance various aspects of the engine’s performance, thereby improving overall performance.
Measure and mark the required length firstly. Wrap a hose clamp around the cutting point to create a straight cutting guide. Tighten the clamp securely, then use a sharp utility knife or hose cutter to cut slowly along the clamp edge. Rotate the hose while cutting rather than forcing the blade through at once. Finally, check and trim the cut edge to ensure it is clean, straight, and smooth.
