Shipping Policy
At RONTEIX, we are committed to providing a fast shipping service once you have placed your order. However, as orders vary by type, their dispatch times and delivery methods differ; you can find our shipping policy as follows.
All orders are processed within one working day of receipt. If this falls on a weekend or public holiday, the processing time will be extended accordingly.
- Retail orders for standard-sized silicone hoses are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Small orders (up to 20 pieces) for customised silicone hoses are dispatched within 5–7 days.
- Large orders are typically dispatched within 10–30 days; exact timeframe depends on the quantity, dimensions and other factors.
We offer several shipping methods by sea, air, and train, including standard shipping(air parcel or FedEx) for retail orders. For orders weighing over 50 kgs, we can supply shipping by door to door and including tax.
Shipping rates are based on your chosen method of transport – sea freight, air freight or land transport – as well as the volume and weight of your goods. Please contact our sales team for specific shipping rates.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including major international shipping lines for sea freight such as Matson Express, China Shipping and Maersk, as well as air freight and courier services such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your order tracking number.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by force majeure (such as typhoons, tsunamis, or delays attributable solely to the carrier).
However, should we fail to meet the agreed delivery date, we will be open to discussion and will offer a compensatory solution.
We offer global logistics services; wherever you are in the world, we can deliver to you.
