NBR Features
NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) is a synthetic rubber made from acrylonitrile and butadiene. It resists oil, fuel, and chemicals and features as follow:
- Temperature resistance: −30°C to +100°C in air conditioning for a long-time.
- Chemical resistance: good resistance to mineral oils, greases, diesel and aliphatic hydrocarbons, but not resistant to ozone, long-term outdoor ageing, ketones, esters, certain chlorinated hydrocarbons and fuels with a high aromatic content.
- Abrasion & Wear resistant: it offers excellent wear resistance and is widely used in the transport of petroleum; the surface of the pipe is not easily worn away.

Automotive Fuel Hoses
NBR hoses are a type of flexible rubber hose used in the automotive field to transfer petrol, diesel and oil; they can operate safely in 300 PSI and 257°F conditions.
Engine Oil Hoses
NBR, being an oil-resistant, reinforced and highly flexible hose, is widely used in various engine oil lines.

Hydraulic Hoses
NBR hoses can be used in various hydraulic systems at ambient temperature or at temperatures below 100 °C; they offer stable performance and are resistant to a wide range of hydraulic oils.
